With no weight restrictions and a welcoming pet policy, you can enjoy life with your cats and dogs by your side in our vibrant community. Community amenities await, making every day a new adventure for you and your pets.

Our Pet Policy

  • Cats & Dogs Welcome! Maximum of 2 Pets per Home
  • No Weight Limit
  • 1-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $300 Per Pet
  • Pet Deposit - $200 Per Pet
  • Monthly Pet Rent -  $30-$45 Per Pet
  • Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.

*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
